Our client continues to be named a top Entrepreneur Franchise 500 company that experiences exceptional growth year over year!Position Highlights:Position Type - Direct Hire (a new position due to growth)Salary Range -$50-$55K (Plus 10% Commission/Fuel and Cell Allowance)Hours of work: 8am - 5pm (Mon. - Fri., on-site-need flexibility, schedule can varyAnnual raise programIndustry leading training (paid)Work-life balanceFun work cultureFull range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, a matching 401k, and AflacWork-site location - Harrisburg, PA 17011 (Must live within a 45 min. commute).Education/Experience RequirementsMinimum experience: A minimum of 2 + years of customer service, coaching or training experience.Minimum education: Highschool Diploma or GED.Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.Previous commercial cleaning services or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.Adaptability and ability to learn a new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge and do well in technical courses and seminars.Ability to effectively provide direction and advice to customers and new Franchise Business Owners.Ability to read and interpret documents, such as technical data, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Strong problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts/issues and sees them as opportunities. Cool under pressure and does not become defensive or irritated. Easily approachable.Action oriented with a drive for results. Demonstrates perseverance by pursuing goals with energy, drive, and a need to finish.Strong customer service orientation.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Training/coaching experience.Ability to network across the Company effectively and maintain working relationships with team members.Strong planning, organizational and time management skills..Proficiency in computer skills not limited to, but including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.Malone is an equal opportunity employer.
