Labor & Employment Associate Attorney - New YorkOur client, a global Am Law 50 law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their Labor & Employment Practice Group in New York. The estimated salary for this position is $235,000 - $390,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.Qualifications:2-5 years of experienceDeep understanding of employment litigation, including claims for discrimination, retaliation, trade secret misappropriation, wage and hour violations, and other employment claimsRobust experience counseling clients on a wide range of employment matters, including, but limited to, employee discipline and termination, policy creation and administration, wage and hour matters, restrictive covenants, employment contracts, internal investigations, and leave of absence issues is a plusExperience managing employment-related litigation process from discovery through trial, including drafting discovery motions, motions to dismiss, and summary judgement is a plusExperience or familiarity with the deposition process and preparation is requiredAbility to independently manage projects while effectively collaborating within a team environmentExceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills, along with superior research and analytical capabilitiesJD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentialsAdmission to the New York State Bar All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
