The firm's attorneys, who hail from leading law schools and prestigious firms, provide comprehensive legal services across corporate, M&A, and litigation practices.The firm is hiring a senior corporate associate with significant ECVC and M&A experience to join their growing practice. What distinguishes this opportunity is the firm's founder-first approach - unlike larger firms that may prioritize their institutional clients' interests, this platform provides truly independent counsel while maintaining sophisticated deal expertise.You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, lead significant matters, and grow your practice without the constraints of big firm politics, all while handling sophisticated work from early-stage financings through exit transactions.Target minimum billable hour requirement of 1,800 hours per year.
