We are located in New York, NY.Role Description:As a Creative Director & Graphic Designer you will work full-time onsite with us in Manhattan. You will be responsible for providing creative direction to a team of 5 designers and designing product in multiple home decor categories. Important skills & responsibilities include:an ability to spot trendsManaging a design teaman understanding of our consumer demographics and customer base including off-price, specialty, home and mass chainsa creative mind for new product format developmentStrong design skills and conceptual thinkingMarket research through regular visits to our customers' storesCreating vivid concept imagery and physical packaging mock-ups for sales presentations to customersAbility to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Coordinate design projects as directed through multiple associates from concept to final delivery of assets to factory.Qualifications:Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fieldExperience with Disney consumer products and Disney Brand Assurance's design expectations8+ years of experience in graphic design of consumer products5+ years experience with our licenses or similar Entertainment licenses Experience in the home décor product categories a plusPersonal interest in pop-culture Ability to manage multiple projects, specifically with a team to navigate creative and logistical demandsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to operate proficiently in the Adobe Creative Suite
