MAU is hiring a Production Supervisor for DiversiTech in Conyers, GA. As a Production Supervisor, you will coordinate the daily activities of production teams and ensure manufacturing operations align with established standard operating procedures. This includes overseeing production line specifications, volume and cost schedules, waste reduction goals, and quality standards. This is a direct-hire opportunity.Benefits Package:401k matchingLife insuranceHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceShort term disabilityLong term disabilityPaid time offShift Information:6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Rotating ShiftsRequired Education and Experience:High school diploma or GED required5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, preferably in injection molding, concrete, assembly, or chemical production3-5 years of experience operating complex machinery and providing frontline leadership to production teamsGeneral Requirements:Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitudeProven experience in fast-paced, high-volume work environmentsSolid mechanical skills with experience operating complex and potentially hazardous machineryDedicated to exceeding job expectations and delivering high-quality resultsProficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office SuiteProactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEssential Functions:Ensures compliance with all plant safety protocols and objectives, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environmentInvestigate workplace accidents and implement preventive measuresManages recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for plant staffEnsures adherence to OSHA regulations and promptly addresses any compliance concernsFosters a collaborative team environment to support goal alignment and achievementConsistently meets or exceeds quality standards and labor cost targetsMonitors employee performance, conducts regular reviews and provides coaching to support the development and address performance gapsAdministers disciplinary actions in line with company policies and proceduresOversees employee attendance, approves time-off requests, and ensures accurate and timely timecard processingAssists with production line tasks as needed to maintain operational efficiencyPrepares and analyzes production reports to identify and resolve performance issuesPerforms other duties as requiredMAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
