As a key member of the senior leadership team, this individual will be responsible for driving the commercial success of our business, leading a global organization, and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve financial targets and market share objectives.RoleLead the Global Business Unit, driving growth and profitability through effective management of manufacturing, sales, marketing, product management, quality, and strategyDevelop and implement strategic plans to achieve business unit financial targets and market share objectivesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sourcing, and operations, to drive business growth and profitabilityAnalyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvementLead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring the development and retention of top talentOversee the launch of new products and services, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectivesQualificationsDegree in technical or business field (MBA is a bonus)10-15+ years of relevant experience in semiconductors with deep knowledge of key players within semiconductors or adjacent manufacturing industryMust have P&L management experienceDirect management of global internal teamsExperience overseeing business units such as R&D, Equipment, Operations, Strategy, Marketing, and/or SalesExecutive leadership of large semiconductor organizationsMultiple locations can be considered for this position based on qualifications
