We are seeking experienced Scrum Master/Scrum Managers to join our growing talent network. We have several different positions with a wide range of clients focusing on Agile facilitation, JIRA administration, and high-profile project management.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Coach teams on Agile principles, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.Administer and optimize JIRA: manage workflows, boards, dashboards, permissions, and automation rules.Maintain JIRA reporting and metrics to ensure transparency and actionable insights.Identify and remove team impediments, escalate issues as needed, and drive progress.Lead RFP processes: draft requirements, evaluate vendors, and manage selection and negotiation.Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk strategies.Provide regular updates to C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and external partners.Create and manage project schedules, tracking templates, and performance metrics.Drive change management initiatives to support new systems and process adoption.Desired Skills and ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Project ManagerExpertise in vendor management, including RFP creation and vendor negotiations.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.JIRA administration and Agile tools, including JIRA workflows and dashboards.Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.Experience with project management softwareWhy Work With Us?Access to exciting, high-impact projects with leading organizations.Opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team environment.Competitive compensation tailored to your skills and experience.Access to a wide network of contract opportunities.Flexibility to choose projects that align with your skills and goals.Equal Opportunity EmployerMMD Services Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
