Company DescriptionKeating Brown PLLC is a commercial litigation boutique located in Dallas that focuses on complex commercial and real estate litigation.Role DescriptionOur firm is growing quickly, and we are looking for an experienced attorney with at least six years' experience in commercial litigation to join our team in a Senior Counsel position. Top candidates will have excellent writing skills, academic credentials, and experience in all phases of litigation. Responsibilities will include managing, with limited supervision, all aspects of commercial litigation, including formulating overall strategy; drafting motions, pleadings, and written discovery; taking and defending depositions; handling hearings and trials; supervising junior attorneys; performing complex legal research and drafting; and advising firm clients. This position presents an opportunity to assume responsibility on interesting matters with no pressure to bring in new business, although new business development will be rewarded generously. The firm culture is casual, noncompetitive, and team oriented. We take our work seriously but not ourselves.
