Supply Chain Specialist

LHH is seeking a direct hire, entry level Supply Chain Specialist to sit 100% on client site in Garden Grove, CA.Maximum salary for this role is $62,400/year.FLUENT MANDARIN is required- no exceptions.This role will require 2-3 months of out of state training at the start of employment.Job Duties:Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor daily operations, collect, analyze, and interpret data related to warehouse performance. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency.Perform administrative duties, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and reviewing/disputing/processing invoices.Coordinate and analyze operations with various departments to ensure adherence to budgets.Develop and distribute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols (e.g., checklists) to staff.Communicate and coordinate effectively with staff and vendors as needed.Review RGA issues, ensuring remade products are within company guidelines.Onboard and train new staff to ensure adherence to department SOPs.Assist with projects as assigned by management.Qualifications:Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including managing files and records.Strong analytical and investigative skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.Ability to understand and analyze data effectively.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Hours 6AM or 7AM to 3PM or 4PM (8 hours + 1 hour lunch)Drug & Background Required
