About the CompanyOur client, a leading consumer electronics distributor, is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a collaborative and detail-oriented workplace.About the RoleAs a Sales Support Specialist you will assist the sales team with entering data into a proprietary database and processing orders in order to support the sales team, providing information internally and to customers regarding pricing, product information, shipping and orders, and researching and resolving any issues that come up.ResponsibilitiesPO Processing/Order ProcessingEnsure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of ordersCommunicate and coordinate with other departments to resolve inquiriesBuilding and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt, friendly serviceSupport the sales team in a variety of administrative tasks as requiredProvide support in other areas in order to support the company's successGenerating tracking#/Packing list/InvoicesTracking shipmentsRefund/credit back customersManage disputes and light claimsQualificationsCertificate from college or technical school or at least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Required SkillsExperience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)Data Entry and Typing by TouchProficient in Microsoft Excel, (experience using formulas is a plus)Experience working with major retailers are a plusAbility to speak and write clearly and accuratelyKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesExcellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilitiesThe ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make senseEqual Opportunity StatementInclude a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
