This individual will create reports and dashboards, query databases, perform data quality assurance, and provide ETL support.Position Description: The Sr. Enterprise Data Analyst will join our client's team as one of the senior SAS/ Tableau developers for the Enterprise Analytics project to solve business intelligence challenges. The position requires deep technical expertise in SQL, BI tools, ETL, and data profiling. The ideal candidate will have an active BI or NACLC Public Trust security clearance, be a confident leader experienced in performing daily tasks, and be a critical thinker and self-starter who takes ownership of assignments. Previous consulting experience using an Agile delivery methodology is a plus.Position Responsibilities:Extract data from a variety of sources, such as relational databases, EDW, and Foundry, for use in analysisEngage with operational business stakeholders to identify key initiatives and execute solutions to business problems using data analysis and advanced analyticsPerform quality assurance of reporting and dashboard deliverables to ensure the quality of both data and analysisWork collaboratively to align business requirements with data and analytical solutions while empowering businesses to draw insights and analyze data while Identifying areas of concern of as-is processes and business dependenciesCoordinating and facilitating requirement gathering, playing an active role in the discovery, analysis, value validation, design, and testing phasesIdeate with functional analysts and business process ownersMonitors changes in business, making recommendations where analytics can further improve businessCreate Tableau-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Document development for peer reference and knowledge transferPropose solutions and strategies to tackle business challengesPosition Required Skills and Qualifications:Security Clearance:Must possess active BI or NACLC Public Trust security clearanceBachelor's degree with 7 years preferred experience with strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizational, and project management skillsExperience in a matrix structure and communicating with technical and non-technical peopleAbility to develop and deliver presentations that simplify complex solutions/insights for non-technical audiences is a mustExcellent innovation, interpersonal, and communication skills requiredAt least 5 years of work experience in an analytical roleExtensive experience with SAS development, including using SAS/Macro, Data Step, and SAS/Access.
