Benefit Eligibility Reconciliation Analyst

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To oversee and lead the reconciliation workflow in the Benefit Eligibility Department while ensuring regulatory compliance and to communicate and maintain strong relationships with Third Party Administrators.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Processes contribution reports received from client companies.· Bank and client contribution reconciliations.· Contacts client companies regarding discrepancies.· Enters new and revised enrollments and requests· Attaches coverage information for medical, dental, vision, life, employee assistance programs, DUB and disability plans to the employee/dependent records as required.· Communicates extensively by phone, email and letter with client companies and covered members.· Time/Function AllocationQualifications Education & LicensingBachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred.ExperienceAt least three (3) years in an insurance employee benefit, accounts receivable or payable and/or payroll position with a medium to large employer.Skills & Knowledgeí— Expert abilities within Excelí— PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.í— Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skillsí— Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detailí— Excellent interpersonal skillsí— Excellent customer service skillsí— Ability to handle multiple projects and set prioritiesí— Ability to work in a team environmentí— Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competenciesí— Analytical and interpretive skillsFCE is an equal opportunity employer.Benefits OfferedWe recognize that talented people are attracted to companies that provide competitive pay, comprehensive benefit packages, and outstanding advancement opportunities.
