Quality Assurance Manager

LHH is actively seeking a Manager of Quality for a manufacturing company located in the Elk Grove Village area. This role is responsible for verifying raw material quality as well as finished product quality and will be leading a team of technicians. This is an ONSITE opportunity.The primary responsibilities for this role includeCreate and implement testing procedures, quality standards, and required documentationWork interdepartmentally to ensure finished goods meet customer standards and specificationsProblem solve and root cause analysis of rejectionsLeading a team, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and training and developmentLead internal auditsPrepare departmental reports for upper managementWork interdepartmentally on new product developmentAdditional duties as neededThe ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications5+ years of Quality experienceBachelor's degree preferredHighly analyticalExperience leading a teamHigh attention to detailAutomotive experience preferredBilingual Spanish
