We offer you attractive incentives and fair remuneration in a highly flexible and balanced work atmosphere.Check out our social media posts on Linkedin or Instagram to get more insights on our MINT family!Your role in our MINT family:Design, develop, and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate the provisioning and management of AWS infrastructureBuild and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate code builds, testing, and deployments to AWS environmentsConfigure and manage monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana to collect, visualize, and analyze application and infrastructure metrics for performance optimization and troubleshootingIdentify and implement automation opportunities to streamline internal workflows and improve operational efficiencyCollaborate with developers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and maintenance of cloud-based applicationsStay up-to-date on the latest AWS services, DevOps tools, and best practicesThis is how you can impress us:You have successfully completed your academic studies, preferably in the subject of Software Engineering, Software Development, or Computer Programming (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant work experienceYou are experienced in managing Windows and Linux server environments for optimal performance and stabilityYou are experienced in developing, deploying and managing solutions using AWS cloud services (including EC2, S3, CloudFormation, and IAM)You are proficient in writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation templatesYou have a solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with DevOps tools like Ansible and TerraformYou are skilled in containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS EKSYou are very familiar with monitoring tools like Prometheus and GrafanaYou are proficient with scripting languages (e.g. YAML, JSON, Python, Bash) for automation purposesYou have work experience of security best practices and networking principles within cloud-native environments, with a focus on safeguarding data and infrastructure against potential threats and vulnerabilitiesYou are able to work independently and as part of a team in agile, fast-paced DevOps environments and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutionsYou have a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning as well as excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsWhat we have in store for you:Our people & culture: at MINT you will be part of a global family that thrives on our cultural diversity.
