Quality Manager

Foster Lawson are exclusively partnered with an expanding organisation in the Beverage space, who are looking to add a Quality Manager to their team in Anaheim, CA.The ideal candidate will be hands-on and have experience in the Beverage Manufacturing space, as well as experience leading a team.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and policies to align with company and industry requirements.Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations like HACCP, FDA, or equivalent.Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to maintain quality and consistency.Lead and develop the quality assurance team to align with organizational objectives.Conduct internal audits and prepare the facility for external regulatory inspections.Address customer complaints, investigate product quality issues, and implement corrective actions.Document and manage quality control data, audit findings, and compliance records accurately.Work collaboratively with production, procurement, and other departments to uphold quality standards.Implement continuous improvement programs to enhance production processes and product quality.Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust quality systems.Qualifications5+ years of quality assurance experience in the Beverage space3+ years of team leadership experienceBachelors Degree in food science or microbiology
