About the role:We are looking for an innovative and skilled AI Graphic Designer and Video Producer to join our growing marketing team. This team is dedicated to utilizing cutting-edge AI solutions across the organization. In this role, you'll leverage state-of-the-art generative AI tools alongside traditional methods to create high-quality, impactful design and video content tailored to various needs, including print, web, video, and other content-driven initiatives.Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of prompt engineering techniques to accurately communicate styles, themes, and visual elements to large language models (LLMs) for design and video generation. Additionally, you'll fine-tune and edit videos using industry-standard software to achieve a professional finish and ensure visual excellence.This position is critical to our content creation and marketing efforts, blending design expertise and video production with project management skills. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to support promotional campaigns, create engaging visual content, and ensure that all marketing materials align with our brand identity. We're looking for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and can contribute to the innovation and growth of Potomac.Qualifications:2+ years in the wealth management or wider financial services industryBachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or Communications, ideally with a specialization in technology.
