Jr. Survey Project Manager

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the full-time position of the Jr. Land Survey Project Manager for our Computations section in our Silver Spring office.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis is not an entry level position. The ideal candidate will already have some office and field surveying experience and will be tasked with:· The preparation and processing of residential Subdivision Plats, Easements, and rights of-way, under the supervision of a MD Professional land surveyor· Online research (; , SDAT) , organizing documents, and analyzingdeeds, plats, and other publicly available sources of property information necessary tocreate base drawings for land development projects.Required Skills and Experience· Must be proficient with and have at least three years of experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D and Microsoft Office programs. Experience with MicroStation is a plus, but notrequired.· Should have experience with dealing with WSSC, PG-DPIE; MC-DPS, MNCP&P· Should have exposure using networked desktop computer systems.· Must have good communication skills.· Must have regular in-office attendance, the ability to work independently with directionand a desire to learn and progress in the Survey profession, both personally and as part of a team.
