Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote UKG Functional Analyst to support our client in the Transportation & Supply Chain industry. This position has an exciting opportunity to support . The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Requirements:5+ years of most recent experience working with UKG Workforce Management Pro as an SME or ConsultantExperience configuring modules within WFM Pro (Leave Management, Accruals, & UKG Time)Ability to coordinate and execute testing throughout the configuration while working with testing teams to ensure proper configurationDesired:Knowledge of UKG API's Experience configuring and testing the Attendance moduleResponsibilities:Act as the SME on the functional aspects of the UKG WFM Pro Implementation to optimize the configuration of the product and share knowledge with internal stakeholdersAssist in configuration and testing of the WFM Pro product to ensure that UKG standards are met and the product is functioning best for end usersEnsure the data can feed into their internal data repository wherever possible with each moduleProvide oversight of the work being done by assigned UKG implementation team and ensure accuracy so requirements are being metCommunicate with team members to suggest and execute upon testing of each module, specifically the Leave Management, Time & Attendance, and Accruals Modules
