Senior Financial Analyst

Our Client, a privately held healthcare client is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Reimbursement Analyst Consultant who can prepare and oversee the development and maintenance of third-party payor contractual allowance calculations for all entities for an 18+ month project. The successful Consultant will provide partner with multiple key stakeholders and work directly with the Revenue Cycle Team to review Denials and analyze third party payer payment issues. The details are below for your next role - please apply today!Senior Financial Reimbursement Analyst Consultant Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain monthly 3rd party payor contractual allowance calculations across all entities and prepare corresponding journal entries.Oversee the maintenance of data integrity within the general ledger system and other databases to optimize and streamline (automation) reimbursement results from Medicare, Medicaid & Managed Care Companies.Prepare annual Medicare, Medicaid and other costing reports partnering with outside consulting firm for data collection.Partner with the Revenue Cycle team and prepare investigative results for denial claims from third party payors and assist to help resolve all payment issues.Senior Financial Reimbursement Analyst Consultant Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.3+ years experience in a similar Financial Reimbursement position.Hospital/healthcare finance & accounting experience requiredCPA preferredKnowledge of Lawson GL system a plus.Strong technical accounting skills.Continuous improvement mindset and initiatives mindset with extensive communication skills requiredSelf-starter and willingness to execute from senior level directives.Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the team, key stakeholders both internal & external.If you or anyone you know is interested and qualified, please apply!Since 2012, Connect Search has delivered top caliber talent to our clientele spanning across numerous industries.
