ROHM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the Southwestern US territory with a heavy emphasis in the automotive segment. This role requires a strategic mindset that can work across all levels within large organizations, a deep understanding of semiconductor products and technologies, as well as strong sales and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets, design wins and expand our customer base in Southern California and outlying areas. Identify and engage with potentail customers, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the technical team to provide customers with comprehensive product knowledge and support. Negotiate significant annual and long-term agreements. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, presentations and market analysis to senior management. Input, maintatin and track all opportunitites using CRM platform. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related technical discipline. An MBA is a plus. 4+ year of Semiconductor experience or related technology industry experience. Automotive electronics experience is highly preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of power electronics, power management, automotive ADAS, infotainment, and body electronics. Strong oral and written communication to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
