HPE NonStop, especially with DBA (HPNS)Secure Coding for C/C++Unix/LinuxResponsibilities:Strong developer work experience in C/C++Good Knowledge on HP NonStop DBAHands-on experience in Unix/LinuxExcellent client communication skillsLead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelinesOversee the development and execution of project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation.Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior managementProvide technical guidance and support in HP NonStop and Secure Coding for C/C++ to ensure the highest standards of code securityManage and administer HPIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project successEnsure projects are aligned with company objectives and industry standardsFoster a collaborative and productive work environment within the teamUtilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processesConduct regular project reviews and post-mortem analyses to identify areas for improvementSupport the professional development of team members through mentoring and trainingContribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organizationQualifications:Good knowledge on the performance tuning in HPNS DBA.
