Your primary focus will be extending the Solana API, building secure auction contract prototypes, and helping us scale verified training/inference cost-effectively. This role is an opportunity to work on technically challenging projects and make a real impact in an emerging field.Responsibilities:Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design/implement a fork of Solana's blockchain while converting from Proof of Stake to Proof of Work, using Rust.Navigate and modify the Solana codebase to build efficient and secure solutions.Contribute to the development of contract prototypes and consensus algorithms.Ensure security and scalability of the network by optimizing proof-of-work mechanisms.Stay updated on the latest advancements in blockchain, Rust, and decentralized AI.Must-Have Skills:Proven experience working on technically challenging projects, especially in blockchain or decentralized systems.Proficiency in Rust, with a deep understanding of Solana's architecture and design principles.Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms and cryptographic principles.Aptitude for learning and solving complex problems, with a hands-on approach to debugging and troubleshooting.Nice-to-Have Skills:Prior contributions to Solana Core or related Rust-based projects.Experience building/deploying successful dApps on the Solana network.Background in sparse computation or familiarity with AI/ML workflows.A passion for security and efficient computation in blockchain systems.Why Join Us?Innovative Work: Be part of building a scalable and secure network for decentralized AI.
