The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and deepening relationships within a designated client and/or focused book of business. Key outcomes in this role include consistent revenue production and measurable growth within the target account while improving relationships to become the preferred vendor of choice. In the day to day, the Account Manager will work from a designated client location where they will act as the primary point of contact for all contractor and new hiring needs. The Account Manager will interact daily with hiring teams, our contract workforce, candidates and other employees at the client site. The highest level of professionalism and customer service must be practiced at all times.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Build professional relationship with clients and candidates and work effectively with all levels of business and managementUnderstand client's hiring needs and present Balance Staffing as the best resource for their staffing needsIdentify areas where Balance Staffing can provide additional value-added services to our clients and generate sales from new departments or locations within existing clientsManage contract employees while on assignment, which includes, but is not limited to: onboarding new contractors, assess and investigate contractor related problems, administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessaryAct as a point of contact for clients as a Balance Staffing representative about any questions, concerns or support they have relating to their service from Balance StaffingPartner with payroll professionals to confirm timecard, paycheck and other pay related needs for client sites and temporary employeesDemonstrate specific understanding related to client industry and related trends, market knowledgeWork with Recruiting partners to ensure quick fill times to open job orders, ensuring all information is needed for recruitment to successfully fill openingsTrack program metrics, monitor success rates, and provide feedback for improvement while updating daily activity trackers and coordinating with payroll professionals.Provide excellent customer service through responsiveness, availability, tact, problem solving ability and a commitment to service to both client locations and the Balance Staffing recruiting professionalsQUALIFICATIONS:3+ years' experience in account management, recruitment or HR related to the staffing industryComputer skills: ability to use computer systems to communicate and track recruitment data and activity, including ATS Systems, Procurement tools, MS OfficeStrong communication skills, including on the phone, in person, and over emailAbility to manage conflicting priorities and shifting deadlinesExcellent relationship management and communication skillsAbility to navigate and expand a line of business through networking and cross-sellingEffective organizational skillsBalance Staffing is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
