This opening is for a Business System AnalystMaintaining the data integrity in the systemJDE and SAP, they sort of connect, but not fully, so you need a team to maintain data accuracy between all the systems whether things are going to production teams or sales teamsDay to day, maintaining the system, order management (ECOs) - connecting with engineering to know what is being changed, how it will affect the system and hjow it will impact the downstream teamsTroubleshooting issues coming from sales, scheduling, production, aftermarket teams that are getting error messagesParticipate in big projects (such as a regulation change), they help to make sure the project is planned, executed on time, providing input to cross functional teamsNeed strong interpersonal skills, ready to stand up and lead/participate in meetings and projects, asking questionsPrevious ERP system knowledge would be great (SAP and JDE) - if they don't have these, they must be a quick learner to be able to jump in quickly.Responsible for ensuring the ERP system are configured correctly to manage our legacy products as well as new products being introduced in Medical.This would include ensuring ECOs and any changes are executed timely and accurately and aligned to support the structured needs of the business.Work cross functionally with all areas of the business such as materials, RA/QA, engineering, and operations leads and MDM to ensure system integrity and business rules are in place to effectively align our ERP systems to the production lines and provide problem solving solutions to unique business conditions as our portfolio and strategies change.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
