The role will be primarily located in Redmond, OR with Remote offerings for the right candidate. The Independent Freight Agent will coordinate and oversee freight shipments, negotiate rates, and develop customer relationships.QualificationsStrong negotiation and communication skillsExperience in freight logistics and supply chain managementKnowledge of transportation industry regulationsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office suiteExcellent time management and organizational skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesPrevious experience as a Freight Broker is required
