Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success.Qualifications:Prior experience with business-to-business sales and demonstrated ability to achieve sales goalsStrong ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levelsStrong understanding of sales principles and techniques including prospecting, lead generation, relationship building, and closing dealsAbility and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clientsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or related fieldDuties:Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysisDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions -Coordinate with sales and creative teams to develop mutually beneficial proposalsNegotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholderCreate and give presentations to prospective clients and internal management teamStay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities - Attend trade events, matchmakers, chamber of commerce events, non-profit events to build relationshipsUtilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reportsWe offer competitive compensation packages and benefits.
