The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including building, testing, scheduling, and deploying emails across various member segments.Collaborate closely with marketing teams to define and implement audience segmentation strategies based on behavior, demographics, and engagement metrics.Design and implement A/B tests for subject lines, content, timing, and targeting strategiesWork alongside marketing, design, and communications teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall organization goals, brand guidelines, and enhance the member experience.Analyze email campaign performance and generate comprehensive reports, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.Maintain a comprehensive email marketing calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications that align with the broader marketing and promotional initiatives.Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and new technologies in email marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.CORE COMPETENCIESDrives Results - Effectively handling a high volume of projects with competing timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met with attention to detail and within deadlinesCollaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesCommunicates Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesAction Oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasmBalances Stakeholders - Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholdersTech Savvy - Anticipating and adopting innovations in business-building digital and technology applicationsStrategic Mindset - Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fieldExcellent project management skills to manage high volume of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Minimum 5 years of experience in email marketing, database marketing, acquisition marketing or related field Experience working in marketing software including ESPs, CRM systems, and reporting tools such as Marketo, Salesforce MC/Pardot, Eloqua, Responsys, Microsoft Dynamics, Heap Analytics, Heap, PowerBI, Google AnalyticsFamiliarity with HTML/CSS coding form email preferredStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making Extensive knowledge of email marketing best practices incorporating deliverability and compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR regulationsExperience working in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Enthusiastic and flexible attitude and ability to work across many teams
