DescriptionOmega Autocare is looking for Automotive Technicians, Service Advisors, or Parts Specialists, who are ready for a change. Omega is looking for full-time Mechanical Claims Analysts to handle auto repair claims. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing claims. The ideal candidate will possess automotive technical knowledge, problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as a dedication to providing excellent customer service. You will serve as the main point of contact for dealers, customers and agents, by answering and resolving questions regarding claim coverage. Job ResponsibilitiesProcess automobile, RV, and powersports repair claims in accordance with policies and proceduresUse your automotive excellence to confirm the customer's concern, cause, and correction, which is prepared by the shopEnsure that all inbound calls are answered and resolved in accordance with expected performance metricsRespond to and resolve questions and issues from customers, service advisors, and dealers in a timely and professional mannerGuide customers and repair facilities through the claim process and communicate the information needed to process the claim efficientlyDocument all interactions with customers, service advisors, dealers, inspection reports, verifications, research, and other claims-related informationAdjudicate claims efficiently by reviewing and verifying estimates submitted by the repair facility, evaluate contract coverage to determine claims eligibility, order inspections if required, and request any additional information that is needed to process the claimEscalate issues to a supervisor, as neededEnsure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsMaintain a comprehensive understanding of Omega products, systems, and applicationsOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentAutomotive repair experienceProficient use of Microsoft and web-based applicationsFamiliarity with All data, Mitchell Pro-demand, Factory labor time and other labor guidesAbility to think creatively and to analyze and solve problems effectivelyDetail-oriented with excellent time management skills and punctualityStrong, effective written communication skills via the Claims documents, email, chat messenger, etc.Strong, effective verbal communication skills with the ability to answer all calls in a timely manner from customers, dealerships, etc.Ability to work independently as well as working as part of a team, in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work a variety of shifts between Monday through Friday (730 am - 5:30 pm with a one-hour lunch) Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of service contractsASE CertificationBilingual is ++ What you'll love about OmegaPaid employee Health InsuranceComprehensive Benefits Package that includes options for additional Medical, Dental, Vision & Ancillary Policies401K Retirement Plan After 1st yearPaid Time Off Accrual Plan starting with 13 days for new hires (0-5yrs) 18 days (5-10yrs), 23 days (10+yrs)Paid Holidays & Floating HolidaysCasual Dress CodeCareer advancement opportunitiesCompany Sponsored Outings
