Sr. D365 F&O Developer LOCATION: North Dallas, TX Work Schedule: HYBRID - Employees are expected to be in the office 3 days per week.JOB TYPE: Direct hireSALARYDepending on Experience - Full package includes competitive base salary, and employee benefits.OVERVIEWVaco Dallas is looking for a skilled Sr. D365 F&O Developer for a direct hire opportunity in the North Dallas, TX area. This role is centered around building and optimizing solutions on the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) platform, particularly within Finance and Supply Chain. You'll be instrumental in aligning business processes with ERP capabilities, driving system improvements, and working directly with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules. They should also have strong experience with X++ programmingintegration of D365 F&O with other systems using APIs and data entities, and a familiarity with SQL, database management, and SSRS reporting within D365 F&O. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-300, MB-500, or similar) are a plus. You'll be instrumental in aligning business processes with ERP capabilities, driving system improvements, and working directly with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop Solutions: Design and customize ERP solutions using X++ and relevant technologies, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules.Configure Modules: Leverage out-of-the-box D365 F&O functionality to configure modules according to specific business requirements.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and optimize business processes.Integrate Systems: Connect D365 F&O with other business applications using APIs and data entities, ensuring seamless data flow and integrations.Adapt to Change: Stay flexible and embrace new technologies, updating solutions to meet evolving business needs.Testing & Quality: Conduct testing, identify issues, and debug solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards.Provide Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with D365 F&O applications, ensuring smooth daily operations.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules.Strong experience with X++ programming for developing and customizing solutions within D365 F&O.Proven ability to integrate D365 F&O with other systems using APIs and data entities.Familiar with SQL, database management, and SSRS reporting within D365 F&O.Deep understanding of ERP systems and their application to business processes.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Experience in system configuration and customizing ERP modules to meet business needs.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-300, MB-500, or similar) are a plus.In our commitment to transparency throughout the hiring process, we provide a target annual base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) experience, work location, and skills.
