Must have good organizational skills, can manage and prioritize multiple tasks/situations simultaneously, while maintaining a can-do attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesManage creditworthiness of customers, which includes analyzing the financial health of existing and potential customers.Maintaining credit policy adherence. Work with sales team to minimize risk in conjunction with supporting sales goals.Work with the sales and finance teams during the approval of credit applications.Assist in the debt recovery process by helping contact past-due customers through all forms of communication. Assist in negotiating payment terms, settlements, and payment plans.Collaborate with customers and the sales teams to resolve disputes regarding outstanding balances while still enforcing payment terms and avoid overextending credit.Generate and analyze aging reports to identify at-risk accounts. Provide management with regular updates.Collaborate with sales to understand customer relationships and how credit limits and payment terms can impact retention and sales growth.Key SkillsAbility to analyze financial statements, customer credit histories and network with external sources to access risk and potential issues.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong ability to resolve payment disputes that benefit the company and still maintain customer satisfaction.Good industry knowledgeAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.Good Excel skills.Strong negotiation skills.eeo/m/f/v/d
