This role combines expertise in financial consolidation with advanced data analytics to drive accurate and actionable insights for corporate decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and adept at transforming complex data into meaningful reports that support strategic goals.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Financial Consolidation, Analysis, & Reporting:Oversee the consolidation of financial data from multiple entities and/or business units.Create dynamic reporting that will facilitate reporting from different viewpoints.Ensure the accuracy/alignment of NAM's consolidated financial statements with those reported at a Group level. Maintain and optimize consolidation processes, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial data to assess company performance and identify trends.Align with Finance Business Partners to learn/understand performanceDevelop and present detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis, to senior management.Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against forecasts and budgets.Budgeting & Forecasting:Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.Provide data-driven recommendations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Big Data Analysis & Reporting:Leverage big data tools and techniques to analyze large and complex datasets.Design and develop comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, presentations to provide insights into performance metrics, trends, and forecasts.Collaborate with accounting, finance, and corporate teams to ensure data availability, quality, integration, and consistency.Work with IT and data teams to optimize financial data collection, reporting, and analytics.Implement predictive models and data visualizations to support strategic planningIdentify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and analysis workflows.Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools in data analytics and financial consolidation.Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills:5-10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership rolesBachelor's degree in finance/accounting/businessMulti-location and global jurisdiction experienceExcellent leadership skillsTech savvy with a strong background in financial reporting and toolsStrong analytical and problem solving skills Highest level of ethics, integrity and dependability Strong verbal and written communication skills Adept at managing multiple complex projects concurrentlyDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and meeting deadlinesThrives in an environment which is dynamic, entrepreneurial and innovativeClient-centric mindedHighest degree of comfort in using business/financial information, reporting, and analytic toolsAbility to travel to international destinations; must possess and maintain a valid passport for international travelWorking Conditions:This role is located in an office environmentMust be available for occasional business travel to international locations, including France and CanadaWork AuthorizationMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.If you believe you have the necessary skills and experience for this job, please upload your résumé and apply through LinkedIn.Upon request, we will provide reasonable accommodation for disabilities to support participation of candidates in all aspects of the recruitment process.
