This hybrid role combines content creation and social engineering to amplify our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive user growth. You'll be at the forefront of shaping our online identity across various platforms, creating compelling content, and leveraging data to optimize performance and reach.Responsibilities:Content Creation and Marketing:Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand and product goals.Create engaging content across various formats: long-form and short-form videos, static visuals, and text posts.Manage content production for platforms including Twitter (X), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.Edit and design content, ensuring high-quality output that resonates with our target audience.Produce content both behind and in front of the camera, as needed.Clip longer content into digestible, shareable pieces for different platforms.Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product updates and campaigns.Social Engineering and Growth Strategy:Analyze audience data, engagement metrics, CPMs, and other performance indicators to refine content strategies.Identify viral trends and create content that taps into these trends to maximize reach and engagement.Develop strategies to increase followers, drive attention, and build a loyal online community.Experiment with and optimize content types, posting schedules, and platform-specific strategies.Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Leverage user-generated content and partnerships to expand brand visibility.Additional Responsibilities:Plan and execute campaigns around key events, launches, or promotions.Engage with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.Track and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.Qualifications:2-4+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or social media management.Proven track record of growing social media accounts or producing viral content (portfolio required).Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and content management tools.Experience creating content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter (X).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.Comfortable being on camera when required.Preferred Skills:Experience with influencer collaborations and partnerships.Familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques.Knowledge of digital advertising strategies to complement organic growth.Benefits: Benefits: Generous UNLIMITED PTO (and we mean it!).Mandated two-week holiday shutdown at the end of the year for Christmas and New Year's + company holidays.Autopilot covers 99% of premiums for employee and dependent benefits (health, dental, vision).Top-of-the-line equipment: laptops, external monitors, standing desks, etc.Access to a beautiful WeWork office in Irvine Spectrum:Free monthly/paid parking pass.Onsite gym.Shared communal space/office with other thriving companies and startups.Walkable access to a variety of restaurants and amenities.Why Join Autopilot?At Autopilot, we're building a fast-paced, engineering-driven culture where you'll work directly with our founders and team members to make an immediate impact.
