Job Title: Events Marketing ManagerLocation: Phoenix, AZ can also be staffed in Tempe, AZPayUp to 38 per hour DOECategory: Marketing/Project Management/Event ManagementPosition OverviewOur client, a Global Financial Services company is seeking a detail oriented Events Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of department-driven marketing events. As the project manager for various initiatives, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of event strategies while optimizing budgets and maximizing impact. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and a results-driven mindset to support revenue goals and deliver memorable event experiences.Key Responsibilities:Event Strategy & PlanningCollaborate with product and marketing teams to develop and implement tailored event marketing strategies.Define creative requirements, including themes, messaging, booth designs, and layouts.Draft and submit materials for show guides, digital apps, virtual booths, and event advertisements.Event Logistics ManagementCoordinate pre-event logistics such as exhibitor contracts, payments, booth space selection, and staff registration.Assist field teams with event logistics and provide support as needed.Oversee trade show properties, including hardware, graphics, and messaging, ensuring proper inventory, maintenance, and storage.On-Site Event LeadershipManage end-to-end logistics, including shipping, booth setup/teardown, staff training, and promotional item distribution.Source and maintain an inventory of booth supplies and giveaways.Serve as the on-site manager for major events, including APA, SHRM, HR Tech, and ABA expos, ensuring seamless execution.Budgeting & Performance AnalysisDevelop, track, and manage event budgets to align with financial objectives.Maintain accurate records of event-related expenses and provide year-over-year budget analysis.Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, identify opportunities for improvement, and track lead generation outcomes.Collaboration & EngagementWork closely with marketing teams to design and execute engagement strategies that drive booth traffic.Process and follow up on leads generated at corporate events, ensuring timely and effective communication.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience & Skills:Proven experience in event marketing, trade show management, or related fields.Strong project management capabilities with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.Expertise in budget creation and expense tracking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Learn more about all the incredible opportunities available at Mothership, where we match you with world renowned clients and jobs, help you develop and grow, enable you with cutting-edge intuitive technology, and so muchmore!How to applyInterested candidates should submit their application here: /questionnaireBuild a robust profile so we can know you well upfront:The above is to ensure best matching and verification results and to join our network for all open roles.
