Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for managing the accounting and finance functions of the entire company. Candidate needs to be skilled in accounting, communication, and time management. This position is a vital part of the team working directly with Principals of the firm. This position will be managing all of the accounting functions that include, but are not limited to the following:Responsibilities:Directs and assists with all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll (outsourced) and financial reporting.Analyzes company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issues regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.Leads the consolidation of company financial statements. The Controller creates and communicates monthly financial reports, including variance analysis.Provides strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.Develops and maintains all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting.Assists senior management in financial planning and results management.
