The right candidate will be detail-oriented and analytical. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with Channel Marketing, Web Marketing, Order Operations, Product, Sales Analytics, and other teams to optimize our opportunity and drive sales results.ResponsibilitiesDrive assortment and sales performance of first- and third-party accessories across all DTC surfaces and capabilities globally.Manage catalog tooling for availability, assortment, pricing and promotions for accessoriesPartner with Operations teams to optimize and secure product inventory availabilitySeek out data, provide insights, and deliver foresight that drives the growth of DTC salesDirectly intersect and manage 3rd party accessories vendor relationships and sales planning into the DTC channel.Partner with cross-functional peers in Web Marketing, Order Ops, Sales Analytics, etc. to optimize our DTC businessOwn inventory planning inputs with Demand PlanningReview Sell Out data to identify new opportunities within existing product rangesMust-Have Skills Sales management in e-commerce and/or retail (tech background)Partner Management and CommunicationExecution skills and extremely detail-orientedNice-to-have Skills Anyone who has worked at companies like Amazon or E-Bay (Online e-commerce team of big organizations)Knowledge or experience in virtual reality spaceData analytics background or mindsetYears of Experience: 4 years of experience minimumDegrees/Certifications Required: BA Degree MinimumAdditional Info: This is part of the Direct-to-Consumer team, they run and manage sales of hardware. This resource would be part of the consumer accessories vertical of this team.
