Top-Tier Investment Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Vice President for their Agency & Transaction Management Middle Office Team!Responsibilities:Perform the duties of a Administrative Agent in Structured Finance and Corporate transactions Mostly working on deals involving energy, corporate and infrastructureAssist on closings / CPs monitoringEvaluate CP's for cash draws, lease payments, borrower distributionsMonitor securities, guarantees and collateralFacilitate waiver and amendment requests with bank groups, including collecting and processing of participant lender approvalsPerform additional tasks to monitor the portfolio as required.Negotiate routine waivers and amendments with borrowers and sponsorsCoordinate fundings with multiple institutionsTrack, evaluate and distribute borrower deliverables (financials, covenants, UCC's, flood insurance, etc.)Participate in bank meetings / conference callsLiaise with lenders counsel and other industry expertsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree7+ years of experience in a real estate middle office/portfolio management role at a reputable investment bank.Strong experience in performing the administrative agency function at a notable investment bank.Spanish speaking is a big plusStrong written and oral communication skillsGood interpersonal skills
