About the OpportunityThis is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a luxury high-rise new development in the Upper East Side. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has already worked within a residential portfolio (multifamily rentals or for a management company representing condos), has experience working with investors/unit owners, experience with vendors and subcontractors. The Property Manager will be the point person between leasing, property management, and ownership, to ensure seamless operations with the goal of delivering a top-notch experience to both incoming and current residents.About the CompanyOur client is a privately held, family-owned and operated company. Vertically integrated, the company proudly acquires, develops, manages, and leases all aspects of its award-winning properties.Role & Responsibilities Supervise the operation and administration in accordance with the property policies and proceduresReview Lease Applications; Collaborate with the Leasing Team and ownershipProcess Billing; email/follow up with residentsActs as or oversees the primary liaison with the residents' addressing concerns and other requests as neededSend Welcome Package to incoming residentsSchedule/Oversee move-insWork closely with accounting to develop and manage the property's budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectivesMonitor corporate and client delinquency rates and collections process for account portfolioMaintain the highest level of white-glove service to residentsResponsible for routine and special project vendor management, including procurement as well as performance evaluation as contractedResponsible for oversight of staffCoordinate and/or oversee inspection of building facilities and/or common areas and arrange appropriate follow-up actions as requiredSupport a strong risk culture for the company by conducting day-to-day business in compliance with laws and regulations, internal policies and guidelines and proactively identifying, communicating, and addressing issues warranting attentionVisit site twice weekly; work out of the main officeQualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related fieldExperience in contract negotiation and facility managementExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office productsKnowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associationsSelf-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player Compensation$75,000 - $90,000 starting salary; please send your salary requirements
