The firm is focused on complex issues in preparation for jury trial.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Litigation Paralegal at Joshua Graham Trial Lawyers. The Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motions. They will work closely with attorneys to support litigation cases and ensure all necessary legal procedures are followed.QualificationsLegal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research skillsExperience in drafting pleadings and motionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentKnowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rulesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in legal software and research toolsParalegal certification or degree in Legal Studies is a plus401(k) matching, profit-sharing retirement plan, bonus structure, and paid medical.
