Brown & Brown is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Employee Benefits Team in Meridian, IDWHAT YOU'LL DO:Support a team of Account ManagersReview and update plan attributes in the Benefits Account Management System following each renewalWork with carriers to request materials for customers (e.g., Open Enrollment materials) and/or follow up on previous requests made by the Account ManagersSupport Account Managers with processing adds, terms or changes to employee enrollmentsCommunicate with carriers regarding customer billing discrepancies or simple claims issuesGenerate personalized forms for each customer (e.g., Annual Compliance Notices)Review carrier contracts for accuracyDraft employee communications materials for peer review by Account ManagersRequest information from insurance carriers on behalf of our customersRead and respond to all emails within 1 business dayMaintain an appropriate level of confidentially of information processedDuties are done in a team environmentAttend in-house educational sessions/classes as requested by leadershipAny other tasks the department deems necessaryWHAT YOU'LL NEED: High school diploma or equivalent requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, etc.)Strong oral and written communication skillsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skillsWillingness to obtain Life & Health LicenseWHAT WE OFFER:Excellent growth and advancement opportunitiesCompetitive pay based on experiencePaid Time Off (PTO)Generous benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contributionEmployee Stock Purchase PlanTuition ReimbursementStudent Loan Repayment Program
