Project Foreman

Job RequirementsWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Foreman to lead our team on various projects, while fulfilling one of the essential trade roles required on site.You will be the primary point of contact for both workers and supervisors, playing a pivotal role in the project's success. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills and ensure that safety is prioritized at all times on site.Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods;Stoop, kneel, or crouch;Talk, hear, see, read and write;Use hands and fingers to handle, feel or move objects, tools or controls;Operate smartphones, tablets or other devices;Utilize first aid equipment, fire extinguishers and power and hand tools;Lift, move and carry objects up to 75 pounds.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly under the supervision of the Project Manager;Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans;Monitor worker attendance;Plan and delegate general and daily responsibilities;Supervise workers and subcontractors;Ensure site safety precautions are met;Resolve problems as they arise;Report progress to the Project Manager;Be available and eligible to start full-time employment in the U.S.Required ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in high-end home renovation in Brownstones or High-End Co-ops and Condos;Prior experience as Site Foreman and/or Carpenter;In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines;A general understanding of electrical and mechanical systems;The ability to read drawings and plans;Good physical condition and stamina;OSHA 30 and/or SST 42 Worker Card/SST 62 Supervisor Card.BenefitsCompetitive base salary based on experience and skill level;Career path opportunities;Generous vacation policy, 401K program, transit reimbursement and maternity & paternity leave.
