Must Haves:BS/BA degree, or equivalent in relevant experience5+ years of estimating experience in Solar Utility Scale Projects/another top Solar EPC (Moss was just ranked the #1 Solar EPC, so a candidate from one of the other top 10 would be a great fit)Experience coaching/mentoring/leading a team of other estimatorsProven ability to work across organizations with effective communication, leadership, and project management skillsProven attention to detailExcellent writing, grammar, and spelling abilityExcellent presentation and written/oral communication skills as this role is client facing and the individual must be very professionalAbility to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environmentDay-to-Day: Insight Global is seeking a Solar Lead RFP Coordinator to join our client's team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Lead RFP Coordinator will source procurement opportunities and lead the preparation and submission of winning proposals. In this role, the Lead RFP Coordinator will act as a facilitator for the client's Estimating team for their Utility-Scale Solar projects (aka PV plants or PV farms). They will work with cross-functional proposal team members to help respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and manage the proposal development process to ensure on-time delivery of compelling, compliant, and well-written proposals.
