Human Resource ManagerLHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an HR Manager for a client just north of Cincinnati. The Human Resource Manager will oversee various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing payroll, onboarding, benefits, and other HR duties. Ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role is temp to hire and pay for this opportunity will range between $60K and $80K annually. Responsibilities:Administer and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulationsDevelop and implement onboarding programs for new employeesManage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perksMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracyHandle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflictsEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesConduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employeesDevelop and implement HR policies and proceduresCoordinate training and development programsOversee employee wellness initiativesManage HR budgets and track expendituresSupport organizational change and development initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience in HR management, with a focus on payroll, onboarding, and benefitsStrong knowledge of labor laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) Is preferred but not requiredIf you are interested in learning more, please apply now.
