Litigation Counsel - NYC Conglomerate

An NYC based conglomerate is looking to hire a Litigation Counsel to support their legal function. Spanning over various and diverse industries, this corporation runs some of the biggest house hold names in New York City. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is proactive, dedicated, and able to work effectively with a team.Responsibilities:Handle all litigation in personal injury matters (i.e. slip and fall, product liability, work accidents, premises liability, etc.)Transactional duties including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor agreements, NDAs, guarantor agreements, and other various commercial contractsWork with litigation matters start to finish, up until the trialSupport multiple business functions on legal matters, as well as working with attorneys on different teamsRequirements:JD from accredited Law School and NY State Bar membership3+ YOEPersonal injury defense litigation experience is requiredProven experience working cross functionally with other teamsAbility to work well in a high-pressure, high volume environmentStrong work ethic and ability to handle litigation matters independentlyIf of interest, please don't hesitate to apply!
