Where jewelry means more than a sparkle! Position OverviewDo you love all things social media/ events and want to help elevate Truly Blessed Jewels' online presence?We're seeking an enthusiastic girl to manage our brand presence and drive sales at both in-store and off-site events such as bachelorette parties, baby shower, corporate team bonding and more. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in sales or event coordination and someone who's ready to dive into the exciting world of jewelry! Ideally someone who is comfortable interacting with clients, representing our brand, and ensuring events run smoothly.Responsibilities May Include:  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store and off-site events, promoting Truly Blessed Jewels and our unique offerings. • Engage with clients, answer product-related questions, and provide personalized assistance during events. • Work closely with the social and marketing team to ensure events align with brand goals and target audiences. • Coordinate with vendors, event spaces, and team members for seamless execution. • Track event performance and contribute to strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. • Assist in creating, and scheduling engaging content for our social media channels. • Coordinate with the marketing team to align content strategies. • Highlight the unique aspects of Truly Blessed Jewels through creative storytelling and visuals. • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions with followers to build community and engagement. • Stay on top of trends and insights to keep our content fresh and relevant. • Analyze performance data and provide reports with actionable recommendations. • Support the execution of campaigns that grow our online presence and reach. • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand. • Assist in creating and editing content, such as videos, blogs, and social posts. • Instagram analytic Reporting, Keyword researches,KPIs, SEO's, and weekly meeting to review feed post and reels.  • Instagram maintenance community engagement and DMs  • Influencer outreach and industry researchQualifications • Proven experience in event coordination and sales, preferably in a retail or luxury setting. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events at once. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Passion for jewelry and a genuine interest in creating unique customer experiences. • Proficiency in social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. • A passion for content creation and a keen eye for detail. • Basic understanding of KPIs and how to measure social media performance. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Later Social, Adobe Suite) and basic video editing is a plus. • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.Experience as a social media coordinatorStrong communication, multitasking and analytical skillsBenefits • Competitive hourly wage ($22-$26 per hour) • Opportunity for growth within the company  • A dynamic and supportive work environment and more• Employee Discounts Why Join Us? • Be part of a growing brand with a strong community and creative opportunities. • Collaborate with a passionate and talented team. • Gain hands-on experience in a fun and dynamic environment.This is a full-time, in-person position available in California!
