Our commercial real estate client is looking for a Leasing Analyst for a temporary assignment onsite in Franklin. This role will start ASAP week of 1/27 and will last for several weeks with the potential to extend and even convert to fulltime down the line.This temporary position is involved in several aspects of converting our accounting system from MRI to Yardi. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist in data conversion/cleansing when necessaryTest reports including generating report output from the legacy system, converting to expected new system results and testing against the actual output from the new system to ensure it agrees to the expected result. This includes translating GL account number, entity identifier codes, lease identifier codes, etc.Analyze variances in data/reports, identify the root cause, and provide explanations to management.Perform functionality testing in both the legacy and new systems, document results with screenshots, report any issues or inconsistencies, track for resolution and re-test as neededTrack open items and provide status updatesMaintain very organized files and records of issues/resolutionsComplete ad-hoc projects as neededWrite up procedures for certain tasks based on the new systemPOSITION REQUIREMENTSInvolvement in software conversions is preferred, but not requiredExperience with analysis of high volumes of data including identifying and reconciling all variancesExpert knowledge using spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel including advanced knowledge of complex formulas, pivot tables, data transformation, and building files from scratch OR experience in Yardi, MRI, and/or OneStreamAttention to detail and ability to effectively handle multiple tasks with minimum supervisionExcellent problem solving and critical thinking skills to develop solutions and recommendationsStrong listening, verbal, and written communication skillsProficient knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Notes, and Outlook)
