Sobha Realty USA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Dallas team.The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a dynamic, energetic, and formidable team player supporting the recruitment opportunities within the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager HR, this role is responsible for lending their expertise in the recruitment of various technical roles as well as developing a pipeline for various business units.What will you do as the Talent Acquisition Specialist?Full cycle in-house recruitment program of various technical positions to support the growth of the companyDesign job ads and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements accuratelyBuild an applicant pool for required and planned roles by partnering with the business, participating in career events, and building strong relationships with recruitersProvide recommendations to hiring managers on ideal candidates throughout screening processDetermine new ways of attracting applicants by conducting research and consulting previous Talent Acquisition knowledgePartner with hiring managers to assess and recommend staffing needs on an ongoing basis to maintain an accurate pipelineAct as a liaison between the candidate and the company throughout the recruiting process as a way of building long-term relationshipsEvaluate department/position needs to design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirementsEmployee Benefits and PerksCompetitive payBenefits (health, vision, dental)Hands-on and supportive leadership teamGenerous PTO planSkills5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting in a high-volume settingExperience in construction/real estate industry is necessaryExperience recruiting for C level positions would be preferredDegree in Business administration, Human Resources, or relatedAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
