Addison Group, in partnership with our client in West Covina, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team.Compensation/Benefits - Salary range can increase up to $120,000/year depending on qualifications. Our client supplements base compensation with a bonus and health and wellness benefits.Essential Job FunctionsPrepare monthly performance reports; analyze for growth opportunities.Track and report key metrics regularly.Develop forecasts and perform variance analyses.Lead annual budgeting process.Build financial models for new business opportunities; present findings to leadership.Collaborate with accounting to interpret operating results.Support strategic plan execution as needed.Required QualificationsBachelor's in accounting or finance.3-5 years of accounting/finance experience.Strong understanding of operating performance and financial trends.Skilled in building financial models from scratch.Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas).Working SQL knowledge; capable of analyzing large datasets.Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.Experience with financial statements and general ledger processes.
