If you're ready to drive results and shape the future of performance marketing strategies, this role is your next career move.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage performance marketing strategies across digital platforms to achieve client goals.Align campaigns with client objectives, focusing on Conversions, ROAS, ROI, and other key performance indicators.Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring effective communication and partnership success.Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns in collaboration with media, creative, and reporting teams.Manage budgets, timelines, and communication while guiding team members in campaign execution.Ensure smooth campaign launches, client onboarding, and material review.Monitor performance data and implement bi-weekly adjustments to optimize outcomes.Present comprehensive performance reports and actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders.Conduct audits to provide insightful campaign analysis and strategies for improvement.Oversee ad creative development, testing, and optimization, including copy, audience targeting, and tracking.Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, sharing insights with the team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; master's degree or MBA preferred.Minimum of five years of experience in performance marketing with expertise in team and client management.Proven success in managing multiple accounts and achieving measurable results.Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and programmatic tools.Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe, Google Data Studio, and Excel.Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Basecamp.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Budget management experience with financial accountability for campaigns.Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.Want to be notified of similar positions?
