Candidates must be dedicated to growing a practice while providing a very high level of coordinated advice and service to clients, and are proficient with advanced wealth management techniques in all facets of financial, investment, tax, insurance, retirement, and trust and estate planning and advisory. The firm is currently directing the financial lives and managing the assets of hundreds of individuals and businesses and has organically grown to over $6B in AUM through steady referrals from clients and business partners. Their goal is to get to $10B in the next couple of years and to continue opening offices across the country. This firm has a target market of high-net-worth individuals with assets exceeding $3M, so candidates will need 7+ years of experience working directly with high-net-worth individual clients (in this range of assets) from a wealth management firm or professional financial services company.Key Responsibilities:Onboard new clients while also servicing existing clients.Integrate the advice of CFAs, CPAs, and JDs into the client relationship.Work directly with high-net-worth individual clients with assets exceeding $3M, advising them on financial, investment, tax, insurance, retirement, and trust and estate planning to meet their long-term investments and financial goals, with a strong emphasis on tax reduction.Develop comprehensive financial plans and assist clients in all phases of implementation.Use your sales skills to help drive and close new business, contributing to the growth of the firm.Provide a high level of service and advice to clients to help them reach their financial goals.Qualifications & Requirements:Must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.Bachelor's Degree required / Master's Degree preferred.Must have the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.7+ years of experience working directly with high-net-worth individual clients with assets exceeding $3M, advising them on financial, investment, tax, insurance, retirement, and trust and estate planning to meet their long-term financial goals, with a strong emphasis on tax reduction.7+ years of experience in financial and estate planning-related work from a wealth management firm or professional financial services company.Strong expertise in financial, trust, estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis.Highly experienced, driven, and focused Financial Advisor with the CFP designation.Must be dedicated to growing the firm while providing a very high level of service and advice to clients.Strong proficiency with advanced wealth management techniques in all facets of financial, investments, insurance, retirement, taxes, and trust and estate planning.An unquestioned commitment to integrity in all personal and professional activities.Highly motivated with the ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-opportunity business environment.Self-starter by nature with excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage heavy workloads and projects, many on a time-sensitive basis.Ability to interact with a tight-knit team of professionals with a wide range of financial and tax activities.
