This Candidate must work collaboratively with internal administration/office personnel, external customers, and union trade craftspeople in managing and coordinating all electrical construction activities to meet both project and company objectives. The PM/Estimator will oversee all aspects of projects within the allotted budget and timeline according to the agreed upon contract documents, specifications, customer/client's satisfaction. This position will be located in Pawtucket, RI.Essential Duties:Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, colleagues, supervisors, administrative personnel, field craft workers/supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors based on mutual respect and integrityOrganize and manage project documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner, including but not limited to, procurement activities, change order requests, subcontracts, materials and equipment, etc.Oversee and manage project budget for all material and labor costsUnderstand project specifications, plans, and schedule as well as the resources needed to complete the work within the allotted time frame.Manage all aspects of assigned construction project objectives; assess quality of work, track progress, monitor safety of personnel, attend project-related meetings, etc.Actively monitor project performance and estimate cost projectionsManage billings to maintain positive cash flowQualifications:Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams in successful project completionEstablish accountability for results and develop a positive work environment for every project team member to thrive professionally and personallyAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse teamStrong interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and subcontractorsMinimum Requirements:Five (5) years experience in electrical construction project managementAssociate's degree in construction management or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in Timberline project financial software preferredArden Building Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
